10 articlesFirst, make sure the patch is within Bluetooth range and the app has permission to use Bluetooth. If readings don't resume within a minute, open the app, go to Devices, and tap Reconnect. A quick patch re-seat usually does the trick.
Install the Stemp app, create an account, and tap Add device. Hold your phone near the patch and follow the on-screen prompt — pairing takes about 15 seconds and only needs to be done once per patch.
No. Your readings live in your Stemp account, not on the patch. When you activate a fresh patch, your trends and history continue uninterrupted.
In the app, open Sharing and send an invite by email. They'll get permission-based access to live readings and alerts, and you can adjust or revoke access at any time.
Devices come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Account → Billing. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
